Product returns shall be governed by this paragraph unless otherwise agreed by Seller. Buyers must obtain return authorization prior to sending any product back for exchange or credit. Product returns must be within 60 days of invoice date and must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice and a Return Authorization Number obtained from Seller by emailing

To receive a full refund* (less shipping charges), items must be returned within 60 days, in their original packaging and have at least half of the product remaining.

  • All returns are carefully inspected by the Returns Department before any refund or store credit will be issued.
  • Any returned item(s) rejected by our Returns Department may be claimed by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Rejected returns are held for 14 days. Items that are not requested to be returned to the Customer within 14 days will be discarded.

Products beyond their expiration date may not be returned for credit or exchange. Wholesale account Buyers will be charged 15% of the purchase price of the returned product plus any applied discounts that were earned based on volume discount and/or promotional discount. Product should be sent USPS. It is strongly suggested that Customers purchase insurance on the return shipment. If the package is damaged during the shipping process, the return will not be accepted. It is also suggested Customers get tracking and shipping confirmation when returning a product to ensure Helion Nutraceuticals receives the package. Helion Nutraceuticals is not responsible for packages lost during the shipping process. Customer Service reserves the right to decline a return if the terms and conditions stated in the following return guarantees have not been met.

Refunds are returned back to the original form of payment. Shipping and return shipping charges are not refunded nor issued back as a store credit.

Seller reserves the right to refuse a refund if there is suspicion of fraud or abuse in any part of Seller’s return program.

Once we have received and processed the returned product, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund. We will strive to issue a refund within 15 business days of our receiving your return. If you have not received a refund within 25 business days from the day you sent us your return, please e-mail us at for further assistance.
